• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• One account per person; account sharing is prohibited
• You must provide accurate and current information
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

• The PMP Practice Simulator is provided 100% FREE
• No credit card or payment information is required
• No hidden fees or charges of any kind
• Full access to all features without any cost

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
• Use automated tools to scrape or download content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the platform
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Share or sell our practice questions externally

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including practice questions, explanations, analytics, and platform design, is owned by PMP Success and protected by copyright law. You receive a license to use the content for personal exam preparation only.

7. Disclaimer

PMP Success is an independent preparation platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by PMI (Project Management Institute). PMP is a registered mark of PMI. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees about exam outcomes.

8. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

PMP Success is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for exam results, lost data, or indirect damages. Since this is a free service, our liability is limited accordingly.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with US law.
